We do a deep dive and look closely at your floor plans, Revise and Redline to correct all mistake, make improvements and give your practical tips to take it to the next level to ensure you have a successful outcome.

If you love being hands-on and want to be the boss of your renovation, the Revise/Redline service is your secret weapon. This session goes deeper than a simple plan review.

We’ll roll up our sleeves together, mark up your floor plans, and work through the details—fixing mistakes, suggesting smarter solutions, and highlighting ways to improve both function and design.

What’s Included:

  • Detailed Redline Review: Corrections to layouts, traffic flow, and design oversights.

  • Space Optimization: Practical improvements for storage, function, and efficiency.

  • Finish & Fixture Guidance: Expert notes on colors, materials, and selections that may cause issues down the road.

How It Works:

  • One 90–120 minute Zoom session (or in-person if local to Greater Vancouver).

  • You’ll submit your plans in advance so I can prepare a baseline review.

  • During the session, we’ll actively revise/redline together—so you see corrections and improvements in real time.

  • After the session, you’ll receive your redlined plans and a summary of recommendations.

With these Guidance Sessions you can:

How to use this Guidance Offer:

  1. Use the 12 hours in 6 sessions of 2 hours increments spread over a month

  2. You can combine the first 2 sessions for 4 hours so we can explore into the problem areas

  3. Use these 6 sessions via video (for remote location) or in-person (if local to Greater Vancouver, BC)

  4. You can email communicate with us for the duration of the month for additional queries (complimentary to you)

  5. I will encourage text on my cell phone only for short messages and only during my working hours. Will follow up on details when we connect.

  6. Once all our sessions are over, for lingering questions or for additional help I can bill you for every 30 minute of time (prepaid virtual guidance) for $75 per half hour session.

IMPORTANT: This guidance session is not meant to be used for a full renovation needing a detailed process.   2. On the Purchase page you write in the spaces provided your project progress details, what problem areas you are facing and what are the questions you need answered.

  3. Once I receive confirmation pf the purchase and your info

    • I will email within 1-2 business days to ask how many hours you want to start with.

    • I will email you within 1-2 business days asking any additional information I may need.

  4. On hearing back from you I will send you the link of my Calendar to book the time for the First session.

  5. Thereafter as we start working together I will keep updating you the link for consecutive sessions.

I will provide my Knowledge, Experience and Advice to any questions you have, starting right from where you currently are and where you need to go from there.
