If you love being hands-on and want to be the boss of your renovation, the Revise/Redline service is your secret weapon. This session goes deeper than a simple plan review.

We’ll roll up our sleeves together, mark up your floor plans, and work through the details—fixing mistakes, suggesting smarter solutions, and highlighting ways to improve both function and design.

How It Works:

One 60-minute Video session (or in-person if local to Greater Vancouver).
You’ll submit your plans in advance so I can prepare a baseline review.
During the session, we’ll actively revise/redline together—so you see corrections and improvements in real time.
After the session, you’ll receive your redlined plans and a summary of recommendations.
May have additional redline tweaks for your review - few things if we may have missed.
Follow with 1 Revision Option - Email you the results

IMPORTANT: The Reno Plan Redline Session is a follow up session to the Reno Plan Examine Session, where we have already reviewed and checked your full renovation plan and provided feedback.

On the Purchase page you write in the spaces provided your project details, what problems you are facing, then email us your plans to redline and correct.
Ideally you have already done the Reno Plan Examine Session as this will be a follow-up service to that.
Once I receive confirmation of the purchase and your info
- I will email you a copy of the Form you filled up if you already did the Plan Examine Session and also the report from that. I want to confirm with you to see if you want to share any additional info before our Redline Session.
- I will email you within 1-2 business days a “What to Expect Guide” (PDF format)
On hearing back from you I will send you the link of my Calendar to book the time for the First session.
Thereafter as we start working together I will keep updating you the link for consecutive sessions.
