PACKAGE INTRO:

Weekly Design Dilemma is an ongoing Advice program that is done remotely & based on a weekly or monthly basis, designed to help you with your upcoming project, ongoing DIY project or if you are doing a professional renovation or a new built and need lots of consultation over all your choices and decisions over a period of time.

Consultation will be mostly via message exchanges but can also be over phone, text or short video calls over zoom if required!

WHY WEEKLY DESIGN DILEMMA? IS THIS FOR YOU?

1. You have a great sense of style and a grasp of interior design, but need a little extra guidance or just a "yes, I think that would look great" or a "no, I wouldn't do that," or maybe “here is an alternative I would suggest” when it comes to putting everything together. Present your interior design challenge or issue to us and we will give you advice on a suitable solution. Ask as many questions as you like about any room in your home and I’ll be happy to help you.

2. This service would also be recommended for your Exterior Renovation or if you have a Commercial space and you need the same kind of service - someone to consult on the ideas and materials you have accumulated and put together, resources you have gathered and want s Designer’s expert opinion

3. This is not limited to just one room or space, so ask away! You can expect us to tackle 4-5 “involved” interior design questions per week, plus any additional quick questions you may have. Therefore, if you are purchasing furniture, renovating or making new construction material selections, a longer time-frame will be required because these decisions typically require a lot of back-and-forth and serious mulling over due to the cost involved. We recommend a 4-week time-frame which means your investment on this package will be of Dollar Savings if you buy the number of weeks you think you will need the service for in one go.

4. You LOVE DIY projects, but you desire a bit of reassurance from an interior design professional to make sure you're making the best choices for your home and budget.

5. You’ve taken on interior design projects in your own home before, but you've made a few mistakes that cost you money and valuable time You want to do it right this time

6. You like having someone to bounce ideas off of and get opinions from. You want your home to be yours's, a home that you love and you’re proud to tell family and friends that YOU created.

PACKAGE DETAILS:

• A 30-minute initial phone OR VIDEO call to learn about your design challenges and create an action plan for your space

• Direct & Written communication via messages with a professional interior designer for the time-frame purchased

• Advice on paint colors, window treatments, material selection (tile, flooring, counter-tops, cabinetry), furniture & décor selection, art placement, AND anything else you want to ask.

• A collaborative Pinterest board of ideas (if applicable) with a professional perspective on your space. Find out Your Personal Design Style.

• Price of consult is listed on a per week basis (for up to five major questions per week) about ANY room or space in your home. Spin off questions allowed within reason.

• Online Virtual Design Portal for collaborations

• INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Purchase this Advice Package online using the PURCHASE button - Choose Virtual or In-Person (your choice, price varies)

2. Once we receive notification of the purchase, we will set you up with your unique Online Portal

3. We will direct you to fill up a Design Discovery Questionnaire with details of your requirement

4. You may share Inspiration pictures with us via the Design Portal & any other notes that you want to.

5. We will direct you to our Paint Color Agreement which will need your approval

6. To have our Paint Color Advice & Selection Session, we will schedule a time for it OR direct you to schedule a time convenient for you from our Calendar via our online scheduling system.

7. We will send your the online Zoom or Google link for the Virtual session or come meet you in person

   IMP: Please also take the Style Quiz to find out your design style fitting your likes. Once completed you will enter your email address to download the full Style Guide and communicate with us your Style so we can have a discussion about it and how you can utilize it in your project

8. Once we have an understanding of what you are looking to achieve will communicate with you & set up a time to discuss your design challenges so that we can create a plan of action to achieve your goals.

9. We may ask you to upload photos on your online Design Portal, so that we can get a true sense of what you are working with & what you want to achieve.

10. For the duration of the time-frame of service purchased, you will have our full attention. Please ask questions or send us your ideas for paint colors, fabrics, hardwood or tile selections, furniture, décor, etc via Design Portal, (collaborate on a shared board) and we will give you our professional opinion or provide alternatives where we think appropriate.

11. Implement the interior design and decorating ideas that we discuss as you see fit. If you have more questions after the time-frame has elapsed, purchase another block of time and we would be happy to continue working with you on your project.

**Feel confident about your design choices before placing orders for your new home construction or renovation materials, furnishings, décor, lighting, etc.

**Using the tools we will provide at this stage, you will get to work on creating and enjoying your new space!
