Kitchen Initial Design Consultation Package

The Initial Design consultation gives us an opportunity to meet at your Kitchen Project location and discuss what you’re hoping to achieve in your space and what will & will not work for you. We will tour your space, give you design suggestions for your Kitchen and provide detailed documentation enabling you to use the tips to conceptualize the changes for your Kitchen.

Once you get a chance to review all our Notes from our Discussion as well as our Cost Proposal and give us the green light we will begin the Onboarding Process after discussion with you. We will move into Design Package Purchase followed by The Full Service Kitchen Design Process

Kitchen Design Package

Kitchen Full Service Design - Medium to Large
Starting from $4,500 + GST*

We will have gathered a number of information from our consultation with you and now we will explore and evaluate those, transforming ideas to visual sketches & drawings. We use Chief Architect as our chosen software and with its help we will be able to show you the full potential of your space and the options we create for you.

We will go from Concepts to Preliminary sketches with Design Options for you. On further consulting with you we will fine tune that to finalize the space. We then work the details of the design - a final floor plan with cabinet layout, elevations of millwork, and beautifully rendered space so you can visualize your new kitchen completely. At this stage the designs will allow to obtain quotes for cabinetry & construction

Design Agreement & Scope of work Approval
Detailed Site measurement and verification of space
Mood Board & Material Sampling, Exploring Choices
Concept sketches and drawings with floor plan options
Up to 2 rounds of design revisions & fine tuning
Final Floorplans and Elevation drawings using Chief Architect
Detailed Millwork Drawings, Electrical, Mechanical as required for Permits if any
3D rendering of final design & 3D Presentation
All Drawings Approved after discussion & get signed off
Sourcing of all Material Finishes & present Final Product numbers
Finalize Color & Material Palette, Lighting Fixtures, Cabinetry & Hard Finishes
Trade walk through and obtain Quotes for hard Construction including Demolition
Review all Construction Costs, Installation Costs of Cabinet, Plumbing Fixtures, Appliances
Finalize all Fine Details, Ordering of Products with our selected Vendors, Follow-ups
Assign and finalize start dates and create a Full Calendar for a smooth Process.
Sign Off on all above Designs, Choices, Decisions and start Construction Phase of Project.

Project Execution

Project Management and Coordination, Final Presentation
Starting from $5,250 + GST (Final total may change depending on time spent)

Once the designs are ready and a quote is obtained for construction, we will follow up of sourcing of each & every item that you need for your project, making sure they are delivered in time.

We have a wide range of trusted suppliers & vendors that provide quality products who are vetted by us to support you with superior service. When there are a large number of decisions to be made on your renovation project it helps when we are on your side to assist you with communication with contractors, trades as well as co-ordination of material procurement.

Below are Project Execution Services as part of this Kitchen Design Package:

Assist in sourcing and purchasing of products and materials, following up on shipment. (online messaging, appointments, phone calls). Timely delivery is important to us and hence we monitor each item supply closely. If products are discontinued or not available we get an alternative, with your approval with prompt follow up!
Conduct Project supervision, Site visits and progress reviews with weekly reports and alternate day follow ups.
Produce Printed Large drawing set for trades (cabinetry/electrical/plumbing/lighting)
Communication & Coordination with contractor/trades - hands-on to make sure of performance & quality
Coordination with cabinetry provider & countertop fabricator on all details of design, supply, ETA & installation.
Coordination with all other vendors and suppliers on material orders, follow up, delivery details with installation supervision.
Encourage weekly or bi-weekly Invoice updates to keep project flowing & on time
Once project nears completion, conduct a detailed walk-through to collect a Punch List & address any rectification needed to get the best final picture.
Clean-up, styling, handover, photos & Thank You’s. You enjoy your New Kitchen

A La Carte

Hourly Design Package
$195.00/HR + GST*

If you require design services for smaller multiple spaces like Laundry, Mudrooms, Living rooms, Walk-In closets, Basements, Entry or Hall closets, Fireplace Walls, Media Centers, Garage Organization & Cabinetry we will offer our Hourly Services.

We will put together a Design Proposal with all Collective Spaces after our Initial Consultation.

*Prices apply to projects within Tricities (Coquitlam /Port Coquitlam /PortMoody), Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge.

If your project is outside of these areas, travel fees will apply.
