Renovations are often emotionally misunderstood, leading homeowners to move too quickly into collecting samples and requesting quotes before they have established a true foundation.

This kit was created by Reena Venkatesh, a Certified Kitchen & Bath Designer (CKBD) and Design Communicator with over 15 years of industry experience. After she navigated her own renovation she very much realized that the weight of decision-making, not the construction itself, is the most difficult part of the journey.

Once you work through the Renovation Decision Clarity Kit™ and establish clarity and decisions for your renovation you may still still feel you need an expert eye and knowledge to guide you. You don’t have to figure it out alone. You can submit your drawings, ideas, and selections for a professional Renovation Design Review to receive feedback tailored specifically to your space.

The Renovation Design Review may give you insights to either embark on your renovations or spark your interest to get your drawings and plans redlined and annotated with notes and suggested changes for a better outcome with a professional Renovation Plan Redline Review. I will be able to point out Layout inefficiencies, if any, missed considerations, design cohesion.
