FULL SPACE PLANNING & MATERIAL SELECTIONS
Best For: Builders seeking full finish packages with space planning and presentation-ready assets.
Deliverables:
✓ 60 minute virtual or in-person consultation
✓ Custom mood board + concept direction (2 options per room/area)
✓ Floor plan review + layout input
✓ Full kitchen and bath layout drawings (to scale)
✓ Co-ordinated full hard finish selections: flooring, cabinetry, tile, paint, countertops, etc.
✓ Fixtures & lighting plan suggestions
✓ Up to 3 key room selections (e.g., kitchen, bath, powder room)
✓ Shopping/spec sheet + builder handoff file
✓ Up to 2 revisions
✓ Design Delivery: Within 10–14 business days after Consultation and receiving required information
Pricing: Starting at $2,500 CAD + 5% GST per unit/home
Add-ons: Elevations/drawings, millwork details - priced on project scope
Showcase Ready Design Package
FULL DESIGN + TURNKEY DECOR & STYLING
Best For: Builders listing high-end homes or show suites that need marketing-ready interiors.
Deliverables:

✓ Custom mood board + concept direction (3 options per room/area + 1 final polished design)
✓ Floor plan review + layout input
✓ Full construction drawings including Elevations & Millwork Details (kitchen, bath, closets)
✓ Premium finish selections + fixture package
✓ Décor package with curated furniture, lighting, rugs, art
✓ Mood boards for furnishing/styling
✓ Purchase-ready list with links or procurement option
✓ Styling & Staging Guide (furniture, lighting, accessories) so you or your team can stage/set it up confidently.
✓ Ongoing support (up to 30 days)
✓ Design Delivery: Within 18-21 business days after Consultation and receiving required information

Add-ons: 3D Renderings for Active Visuals as well as marketing or investor use - priced on project scope
